About

Introducing Myself

I intend to use my platforms to educate and inform through learning from a vast majority of people with different lifestyles. Whether my smile comes out from helping people tell their stories or a cute puppy, there is one thing that never fails to make me smile — a Dunkin’ Iced Coffee.

I am a student journalist studying at Northeastern University with a combined major in Journalism and Criminal Justice. My expected graduation date is May 2026.

I aspire to be an investigative reporter studying crime in relation to social cynicism and government politics.

Values

As a journalist, I firmly believe in the responsibility to uphold ethics, objectivity, and truth in every story I tell. I am committed to speaking for the people by amplifying diverse voices and perspectives, ensuring that the narratives I share reflect the complexity and nuance of real-life experiences.

By prioritizing accuracy, fairness, and impartiality, I strive to provide information that empowers audiences to make informed decisions. My approach is grounded in a dedication to uncovering the truth, holding power to account, and fostering transparency, all while remaining respectful of the subjects I cover and the communities I serve.

If you had the power to change one law, what would it be and why?

A wise journalist once said…

Without facts, you can’t have truth. Without truth, you can’t have trust.

Without trust, we have no shared reality, no democracy, and it becomes impossible to deal with our world’s existential problems: climate, coronavirus, the battle for truth.
